SHIPPING:
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Most items on our site are generally processed and shipped (leave our facility) within 2-3 business days, pending credit card verification and item availability. Each item has a notation within its description of the time required to ship the particular item. Custom orders can require 1 week to be processed and shipped, although most designers do offer "rush service" for a fee. Please email us if you would like to use this service. If we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation.
All orders are shipped UPS ground service or US Mail. UPS 2ND Day Air and overnight shipping are also available at an additional charge. Please Email us if you wish to use one of these services.
Customizing your order:
Please send us an email with a description of what you are looking for and we will together come up with something Special. If you are ordering an item and wish to add your favorite Candies or Goodies Please send us an email with your requests.
